Comments & Complaints


The surgery operates a complaints policy. Please contact the practice manager, Jill Woolridge for further details.

Complaints can be made in various ways: verbally, in writing, through a representative, using sign language or an interpreter.

Complaints should be directed to the Practice in the first instance.  Only if no suitable resolution is received from the practice should patients then approach the other bodies.
