The surgery is on the corner of Keeling Street and High Street, Wolstanton and is on the main bus routes for Newcastle, Burslem and Tunstall. Chemists are nearby in the village.

Facility Accessibility
- Our main entrance is equipped with automatic doors to facilitate easy access. We also have a ramp available for those who may have mobility challenges
- We have designated accessible parking spaces that are located in the car park close to the entrance.
- Our waiting area is spacious and designed to be easily navigable for individual’s using wheelchairs or other mobility aids.
- Accessible restrooms are available and equipped with the appropriate fixtures for ease of use.
Our staff are trained to provide assistance if needed. Please inform us in advance of any specific requirements or if you need help accessing any part of our facility.

Extended Access
North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent CCGs together with the GP Federation have formed a group of 'Hubs' across the region for patients to access appointments outside of surgery times.
Appointment times will be Monday to Friday between 4pm and 8pm and also during the day on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Please go to the following link for further information and how to book your appointment, or telephone the surgery.

We have an out of hours contract with Totally Group. This is managed by NHS 111 and patients will be directed if needed following triage from 111.
